Pine Tree Music Competition and Evaluations
A statewide event for students
The Pine Tree Music Competition and Evaluations offers piano and string students of Maine a state-level competition that will encourage them to work toward their highest potential by recognizing and rewarding their excellence in musical performance.

This concert offers the greater Bangor Community a recital opportunity for several students from any studio (piano, instrumental or voice) and any age to participate in the event. If you are interested in having students play, please contact coordinator Patty Stowell at pastowell@gmail.com.

Students of the Southern Maine Music Teachers Association perform oceanside under the gazebo at Fort Allen Park. Audience members bring lawn chairs and enjoy the outside spring air while being serenaded by students performing a variety of solo and duet music.

This event is free and open to the public.
